Patient data is never written to the database

Only processing session IDs are tracked (no actual content)

Database contains no healthcare information

Files are validated for type and size before processing

Secure filename handling prevents directory traversal attacks

Maximum file size limits prevent resource exhaustion

5. Session-Based Security

Each processing session gets a unique identifier

Data is isolated between different users/sessions
